Sophie is a highly experienced physiotherapist, with a passion for sport and nutrition. She holds several professional qualifications in these fields and has developed a critical and complementary understanding of the root causes of a patient’s pain.
With this combined knowledge and skill set, Sophie has been able to take care of her patients in a holistic manner, focusing on treating the cause and not only the symptom, improving their overall health and quality of life.
Skilled in Musculoskeletal and soft tissue Physiotherapy, sport and nutritherapy, Sophie brings a diverse range of experience, knowledge, and expertise to the practice.
Certifications
Kirsten is a highly specialized Functional Rehabilitation therapist with an accomplished history of working in the sport and medical practice industries. She is passionate about evidenced based rehabilitative methods. Her approach is to provide patients with the correct information, advice and effective implementation and follow through of exercise-based rehabilitation plans to sustainably achieve patient goals.
She has five years’ experience working in private practice conducting assessment of musculoskeletal injury and evidence-based exercise prescription for final phase rehabilitation of injuries. Kirsten has worked primarily in orthopedic rehabilitation of joint injuries and has a keen interest in screening and treatment of scoliosis after obtaining her International Schroth Scoliosis Therapy certification at the Asklepios Katharina Schroth Clinic in Bad Sobernheim with Axel Hennes in July 2018. She understands the biomechanics of numerous sports and enjoys assisting with prehab and rehab for golf, hockey, football, tennis, swimming, water polo, karate and dancing.

Stephan is specialized in orthopedics and traumatology. He carefully consults conservative and operative conditions in adults and children.
Orthopedic conditions such as the treatment of knee, ankle, foot, shoulder, elbow, hand, spine and other pathologies as well as regenerative medicine (PRP, mesenchymal stem cell therapy and injections, prolotherapy, steroid and hyaluronic acid).
Stephan has studied in Vienna and practiced in several major hospitals in Austria.
Since 2011 he been consulting and treating patients in Dubai.
Elena is a classically trained, highly qualified Clinical Pilates instructor with a graduate from the Advanced Teacher Training Program at The Pilates Center, Colorado. In her 7 years of teaching she has worked with people from all ages and walks of life including professional athletes, pre/post-natal women and those who are recovering from an injury or managing disability.
With a focus on mind-body connection, Elena works with her patients to help them gain greater body awareness, manage pain, build strength and improve alignment. By teaching them to understand and appreciate their body’s biomechanics she has helped countless patients overcome sporting injuries, long-term physical impairments and post-operative recovery.
She has undergone extensive study in Women’s Health.

Daniela is a dedicated Pediatric Physiotherapist. She worked in various UK physiotherapy specialties at Addenbrooke’s and Papworth Hospitals in Cambridge and eventually came to Dubai in 2007.
Her expertise encompasses a broad range of pediatric treatments, with a specific emphasis on managing scoliosis and spinal deformities in children. Her fluency in English and Portuguese enhances her ability to provide exceptional, empathetic care.
Daniela expertly integrates her comprehensive knowledge of pediatric physiotherapy with treatments grounded in solid evidence. Since 2017, she has been proficient in the International Schroth Three-Dimensional Scoliosis Therapy and Best Practice Schroth, specializing in scoliosis screening and non-surgical management in collaboration with orthopedic experts and orthotists.
Her approach is family-oriented, guaranteeing personalized and top-quality care for every child.
Certifications
Gaëlle is an expert in physiotherapy, specializing in orthopedic hand therapy for the last 20 years. Her passion is to rediscover the harmony of movement, helping her patients to become aware of and correct compensations and blockages that they have unknowingly developed in their lives.
Gaëlle’s focus, patience, and empathy give her patients the feeling of being adequately supported during therapy. She is also an inspiring yoga instructor and practitioner, reads body language, and fluently speaks French, Dutch, and German.
