When managing your patients with scoliosis using conventional physiotherapy methodologies, it is apparent that while these may yield a mild benefit, a more targeted approach could optimise the therapeutic process further. By gaining a clearer understanding of the treatment timeline and the specific improvements that can be expected in the future, you could tailor interventions more effectively to enhance your patient's overall therapeutic outcomes, providing more precise and personalised care.
While managing a variety of complex scoliosis cases, your pursuit of delivering optimal care remains a top priority amidst the demands of clinical practice, research, and administrative obligations. The intricate nature of scoliosis treatment can occasionally engender feelings of inundation, prompting reflections on optimising patient care strategies within the constraints of a demanding schedule. Amidst these challenges, the quest for more effective approaches to enhance the treatment outcomes persists, to continual improvement within the clinical practice setting.
Recognising the intricacies inherent in the management of scoliosis, there exists a need to augment and refine existing knowledge pertaining to this multifaceted medical condition. A comprehension of the nuances associated with scoliosis is perceived as fundamental, affording healthcare practitioners the requisite expertise to make informed decisions regarding the most suitable treatment modalities for your patients. Furthermore, this heightened level of understanding holds the potential to instil a sense of assurance in clinical judgment, thereby empowering not only healthcare providers but also patients and their families to actively participate in the therapeutic journey and optimizing treatment outcomes.
A deeper understanding and expert skills lead to increased efficacy in managing complex conditions, resulting in improved patient outcomes. Patients will appreciate the enhanced care you provide and the humanity of the treatment.

“Looking after the person, not just the curve”.
I am Warren, the owner of NorAlign here in Dubai.
I first met Garikoitz (your course instructor) back in December 2023. We talked a lot about the Rigo Concept and how it improves the confidence and skills of physiotherapists like you in handling patients’ scoliosis conditions.
Based on what the course participants told me, I knew that this concept is a must for every physiotherapist and orthotist who really wants to help his or her patients.
We decided to start a collaboration to make Rigo also available for physiotherapists in Dubai.
The first course was launched in 2023 for 6 physiotherapists – it was fully booked within two weeks.
The feedback was amazing but we had to dismiss many physiotherapists due to a participant limitation. That’s why we decided to host it again in 2024 with 12 open spots.
If you as a physiotherapist or orthotist , want to deepen your knowledge and skills of treating scoliosis and if you want to make your patients’ lives more joyful, secure your sport right now.
If you act quickly, we may perhaps see each other at our clinic. It would be my pleasure to host you and to share our respective journey in scoliosis.
I am very much looking forward to this.
Best,

Once we have received your submitted information, and if spots are still available, we will reach out to you. We answer all your questions and tell you exactly what the course program looks like
Once all your questions are answered, you can decide whether you want to participate. Afterward, we will see you at our location to make you more confident in treating your scoliosis patients ☺
The Rigo Concept BSPTS (by Barcelona Scoliosis Physical Therapy School) Course is a specialized training program for physiotherapists focused on the Rigo Concept, which is a method of managing and treating scoliosis.
BSPTS has evolved paying attention to three spheres of knowledge:
1. Specific knowledge on Scoliosis and other spinal disorders
2. The BSPTS-Concept by Rigo. Based on four general principles: Three-dimensional stable postural correction; Expansion Technique; Muscle activation and Integration.
3. The BSPTS-Technique. Based on different touching formats (feeling format, passive-active format, inducing format, dissociating format, activation format, integration format)
BSPTS’s proposal is about helping the physiotherapist to find a balance between these three spheres of knowledge.
The course is instructed by Garikoitz Aristegui from Spain. He holds a Doctor in Epidemiology and Public Health, is a licensed Kinesiologist and Physiotherapist, with advanced training in orthotics, scoliosis-specific exercise therapy, and a variety of specialized physiotherapy disciplines.
You will receive detailed information as soon as you clicked on “Secure Your Spot” and leave your information. In general the course trains the students to:
– Describe the general principles of the Rigo Concept BSPTS.
– Establish the specific principles to treat the scoliosis.
– Define the correction strategies needed for each specific case and at each of its treatment positions.
– Develop a treatment plan appropriate for the clinical and radiological aspects specific to the patient.
Select the basic starting positions (supine, prone, decubitus lateral, sitting and standing) depending on each curve pattern.
– Carry out the treatment of the patients based on the treatment and correction principles 3D of Rigo Concept BSPTS during the treatment positions and put it in tension appropriately for each curve pattern.
“With the Rigo Concept you will gain a comprehensive grasp of scoliosis that moves beyond mere methodology.
Transform your approach with a holistic perspective. The Rigo Approach isn’t just about treating a condition; it’s about empowering individuals. You will equip yourself with tools to support patients and their families.
Provide them with accurate information, dispel doubts, and guide them through their scoliosis journey with confidence. ”
