Kirsten is a highly specialized Functional Rehabilitation therapist with an accomplished history of working in the sport and medical practice industries. She is passionate about evidenced based rehabilitative methods. Her approach is to provide patients with the correct information, advice and effective implementation and follow through of exercise-based rehabilitation plans to sustainably achieve patient goals.
She has nine years’ experience working in private practice conducting assessment of musculoskeletal injury and evidence-based exercise prescription for final phase rehabilitation of injuries. Kirsten has worked primarily in orthopedic rehabilitation of joint injuries and has a keen interest in screening and treatment of scoliosis after obtaining her International Schroth Scoliosis Therapy certification at the Asklepios Katharina Schroth Clinic in Bad Sobernheim with Axel Hennes in July 2018. In her 7 years of teaching she has worked with people from all ages and walks of life including professional athletes, pre/post-natal women and those who are recovering from an injury or managing disability.
With a focus on mind-body connection, Elena works with her patients to help them gain greater body awareness, manage pain, build strength and improve alignment. By teaching them to understand and appreciate their body’s biomechanics she has helped countless patients overcome sporting injuries, long-term physical impairments and post-operative recovery.

Cansu specialized in scoliosis treatment by completing the International Schroth Three-Dimensional Scoliosis Therapy (ISST) training under Axel Hennes in 2017 and The Lyon Method Scoliosis Physiotherapy & Bracing training under Jean Claude de Mauroy in 2019. For many years, she has been designing personalized exercise programs focused on improving spinal alignment and function in her patients.
